THE PREMISE
Varuna was commissioned by Zulu Republic to design a 2000 x 2000 set for a Minecraft music festival. As avid fans of The Tomorrowland Music Festival, we were thrilled to draw inspiration from their iconic stages to create a unique and visually stunning design for our client.
In addition to the main stage, our map includes two pubs for festival-goers to relax and enjoy refreshments, a circus tent for entertainment, and a Ferris wheel for a bird's-eye view of the festivities. These features help create a fun and immersive festival atmosphere for players.
The official Minecraft music festival took place in late July of 2020, with Tyga and Swedish House Mafia headlining the event. It was a huge honor for us to be a part of this exciting and memorable experience, and we are grateful to Zulu Republic for the opportunity to bring our vision to life.
